Its core entities include Changzhou Chenpeng Electric Co., Ltd., which specializes in electrical equipment manufacturing; Jiangsu Shunxiu Energy Technology Co., Ltd., dedicated to power engineering and system solutions; and Vita (Changzhou) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., focused on the future energy ecosystem. Rooted in the Wujin Green Building Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone of Changzhou City, the Group boasts total registered capital exceeding RMB 242 million and occupies approximately 26,000 square meters.
Through the strategic synergy among our three core entities, we have successfully integrated the entire industry chain, spanning from the R&D and manufacturing of core equipment and turnkey power engineering projects to comprehensive energy operation services.
The cornerstone of equipment manufacturing:Chenpeng Electric specializes in the manufacture of high- and low-voltage switchgear and automated integrated control systems rated at 35 kV and below. The company maintains a robust quality management system, holds multiple mandatory product certifications, and has established a strategic partnership with ABB, a global industry leader, to ensure superior technology and uncompromising product quality.
Engineering System Integration:Shunxiu Energy holds multiple core qualifications, including a Grade II license for the installation, maintenance, and testing of power facilities, as well as a Grade II general contracting license for power engineering construction. The company specializes in turnkey power projects at 110 kV and below, providing intelligent grid end‑users with comprehensive, system‑level solutions for power monitoring, energy management, electrical safety, and integrated operations and maintenance.

1997
Founded Huasheng
In August 1997, the Wujin Huasheng Complete Electrical Equipment Factory of Changzhou City was established in Yaoguan Town, Wujin District, Changzhou, commencing the design and manufacture of high- and low-voltage switchgear, marking the company’s inaugural entry into the electrical industry.
2004
Renamed Chenpeng
In January 2004, the company was renamed Changzhou Chenpeng Electric Co., Ltd. It obtained ISO 9001 certification and subsequently secured national mandatory product certifications and type-test reports for models including KYN, YB, MNS, GCK, GCS, GBD, GGD, SVC, XGL, XJ, and PZ30, positioning itself to meet market challenges with a fresh new image.
2009
Acquisition of Shunxiu
In July 2009, the company acquired Changzhou Shunxiu Power Installation Co., Ltd., expanding its operations into power‑facility installation and obtaining qualifications for labor subcontracting (without grade restrictions) as well as Level‑5 credentials for installation, maintenance, and testing.

Lijia Base
In November 2009, the company relocated in its entirety to the Lijia Industrial Concentration Zone, occupying a 20-mu site and ushering in the second phase of its development.
2012-2016
Forge ahead in development
Changzhou Shunxiu Power Installation Co., Ltd. has been renamed Jiangsu Shunxiu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s qualifications have been further upgraded to a Level‑4 license for installation, maintenance, and testing; it now holds Level‑3 professional contracting qualifications in building mechanical and electrical installation engineering and in transmission and transformation engineering, marking the beginning of a new phase in the installation, maintenance, and testing of power and electromechanical facilities.
2017
Operations and Maintenance Section
In January 2017, the company officially expanded into the power operations and maintenance services sector, pioneering the development of an intelligent, unmanned power O&M service system while concurrently establishing a portfolio of technology‑driven software patents, securing multiple software copyrights and invention patents.
2022
Strategic Cooperation
In July 2022, the company entered into a strategic partnership with ABB, a global electrical giant, and gained the capability to manufacture products such as the MDmax ST switchgear and the UniSafe air-insulated medium-voltage switchgear (12 kV), successfully expanding into the high-end market.
2023
Deep expertise in the field
In January 2023, the company obtained Grade III qualifications for installation, maintenance, and testing; Grade II general contracting for construction projects; Grade II general contracting for power engineering projects; Grade II specialized contracting for building mechanical and electrical installation projects; and Grade II specialized contracting for transmission and transformation engineering projects.
2025
Founded Vita
In January 2025, with a focus on the promising new frontier of green and renewable energy, Vita (Changzhou) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established. By integrating four networks—charging network, microgrid, energy storage network, and data network—the company is building a synergistic architecture to foster a smart energy ecosystem.
2025
New Base 3.0
In June 2025, we will relocate to the Wujin Green Building Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone in Changzhou City. This marks a new beginning and a fresh journey. Chenpeng, Shunxiu, and Vita will continue to uphold the philosophy of “pioneering progress and staying grounded in pragmatism,” further delivering even higher‑quality services to our customers.
